Chaoxing Teochew Porridge

Recently checked out the Teochew porridge at Shang Taste Collective food court with a group. The place was located a bus stop away from the MRT station. The variety was wide that one had difficulty deciding what to select.
We enjoyed Teochew Porridge with a wide variety of dishes such as
steamed Sotong served with sweet plum sauce,
marinated lala,
marinated hum (cockles),
marinated baby squids,
dried chinese sausage,
braised pig’s intestine,
steamed fish in soya sauce,
stirred long beans,
sweet and sour pork,
Crispy Fried Smelt Fish aka Mei Ren Yu which means mermaid in Chinese,
Stirred fried asparagus,
Spicy stirred fried shark,
Spicy minced pork,
Stirred fried pig’s stomach with salted vegetables,
Hae Bee Hiam (spicy dried shrimp),
Braised shiitake mushrooms,
Braised Cabbage,
Salted Vegetables,
Steamed Three-Egg Custard,
Braised pork belly with dried mustard,
Steamed fish cake,
Salted egg, and
Braised Duck.
Accompanied with chilli sauce and fermented bean sauce.
