Thick and creamy, really tasted similar to a gelato version of banana smoothie. You don't really see banana-flavoured desserts commonly and this was done perfectly! Great for banana lovers and also recommended for those who want to try something new!

Recently almost everywhere, we have seen cafes, patisseries and even restaurants selling Nian Gao-inspired items like Nian Gao waffles and Nian Gao croissants but rarely we see Nian Gao ice-cream flavour

So Butterknife Folk and I collaborated to create this Nian Gao ice-cream flavour for CNY
