Bremen Bakery (Takayama)

I loved this. Not only does it look alot like a sweet potato, it tastes like the sweetest sweet potato inside as well. Theres probably honey, or maybe not actually, but the filling tasted very natural and with the bread it was just perfectly mildly sweet and with good flavour.

PSA this place is abit annoying, I went at 930(they open at 9), there's a lot of items not yet available but the items that are out are already cold

I didn't like the bread, it's executed well but it has too much bite for me. The red bean paste was of high quality as you expect from a good Japanese bakery, and the crispy bits at the top were nice too
