Ever noticed a very haps, well-lit stretch of stalls along USJ 11? That’s Boomtown, a mamak-style hawker centre that houses this excellent street stall for pancakes! Despite the apparent use of “instant” ingredients (batter and whatnot), this simple double pancake topped with crushed Famous Amos-esque cookies, chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream kills it for a sweet supper.
