The Bitterman Guacamole (200 THB) which came with freshly fried tortilla chips & a DIY guac dip.
The bowl contained sliced avocado, chopped onions, cheese, sour cream, coriander & for a little kick, chopped chilli. Squeeze in a dash of lime & you can start stirring them up to make your own guac!
It’s quite a joy getting to crush & mix up the guac, cause you can choose the consistency on your own, if you’d like thicker chucks of guac, or everything mushed together.
Grilled Pork Chop (450THB) ; thick and tender grilled pork chop glaze in molasses on a bed of mashed potatoes, served with sautéed organic carrots and mustard sauce. BEST!
Classic Carbonara (260THB) ; spaghetti pasta served with crispy bacon stripes, a sunshine yellow yolk and parmesan cheese
Meaty Aglio E Olio (260THB) ; penne served with Italian frankfurter, bacon bits, ham cooked with olive oil, dried chilli with a hint of garlic.
