My Favourite Korean Seafood Pancake from @bibigosg SGD 14++. (10% off with selected DBS/POSB credit card)

I love that it's served on a hotplate to keep the pancake warm and each mouthful is filled with lots of prawn, squid, scallions and relatively little flour. .
Where is your favourite seafood pancake from?

A black bean ice cream served with crispy rice crust. The black bean ice cream is very nice and reminds me of black glutinous rice dessert. The crispy rice crust makes an interesting accompaniment though I got tired chewing them halfway through.

Maybe the cold I've caught has affected my sense of taste or something, but this really wasn't very good. And the bibimbap the man ordered was served lukewarm despite the whole "hot stone" concept they're selling. Even the stone bowl was not hot..

So back to my chicken. The chicken itself was dry and tough, way overcooked. And I'm still weirded out by how pink it was? The rice inside was moist but lacking flavour. Wasn't a lot of rice either. Chicken though, was huge. If this were any ordinary soup, I would've said it's not bad, average maybe? But this is samgyetang. And when I order samgyetang, I expect to taste ginseng. So where the hell was my ginseng???

Verdict: At $24 a bowl (or was it $26?), it's way overpriced for such quality, or the lack thereof. I probably wouldn't return :\

Healthy & Fresh. That's what Bibigo is all about. For those who have tried enough Korean cuisine (which is gaining immense popularity among local foodies by the way), just think Bibigo as the 'lighter' version of the well-loved Korean cuisine. Bibimbap, also known as traditional mixed rice with assorted vegetables, is one of my favourite orders when it comes to Korean food. You can select from the menu how you like your bibimbap to be mixed. In this case, Bibigo offers a good selection of meat and rice so diners can create their bibimbap to his/her own preference. It looks light but is in fact very filling and satisfying at the end of the meal. You don't feel overwhelmed. That said, some might find the taste to be more towards the bland side, depending on your taste preference. The accompanying Kohot sauce is sweet and should go well with the entire serving.
