Served raw over stracciatella with pickled cherry radish, shaved green strawberries, wild fennel and fennel seed crackers on the side

I love Amber. It was my boss who brought us here and I fell in love with everything about it. It had a cheery ambience with comfy sofas (yay!) and the food was amazing. We had the set lunch which was light on the palette, creative and of excellent quality and execution. Would definitely go back to try their dinner menu
