Ah See Wan Tan Mee (张亚泗云吞面)

My first trip to Batu Pahat and get to try one of the popular food place here.

Ah See Wan Tan Mee is always on the list when you looking for some food recommendations here and people constantly come in to takeaway or dine in.

I really enjoy the soft noodle here paired with char siew and wanton. The wanton texture is also soft and filled with minced meats inside.

Topup to grab a few more wanton with the soup.

The noodle is homemade, springy and bouncy. Don't let the pale looking sauce deceive you from its umami flavour. Definitely can be eaten without chilli. The char siew looks lean, but it is sweet, tender and succulent.
