Glad to see Ah Seah back in action. The new spot’s a little more modern, but the food still hits like it used to. Porridge is smooth and comforting, soaking up the flavours from the sides. I went for the usual suspects with minced pork, clams, salted veg, pig skin and cabbage. The condiments are a must for Teochew porridge which brings everything together.
