From kith cafe at Naiise's Popup store. $10, duck meat was a little dry but the hoisin sauce that came with it went pretty well together.
The marriage of taste, texture and its ingredients used is perfect ( to me ) Yuzu, nori oil and avocados were used as well as very nicely sliced cauliflower ..those snowflake like thingy r cauliflowers 😋😋❤️
when we came across this pop up ..decided to try out the food and only realised an acquaintance ( a chef ) & another chef is doing a pop up cafe there :) do go support if you can ..coz the food is really good !Good luck with the pop up Jason ! I was intrigued when I heard wine-inspired, then I sniffed it and I was sold. This tiny 30g of wine-inspired tea blend smells pretty amazing, but doesn't come cheap at $22.
