There are 3 hoddeok (Korean pancake) stalls on the BIFF Square at Nampo-dong and all 3 have been patronized by famous celebrities hence the snaking queues at almost every time of the day. Hoddeok is sweet rice flour dough fried until puffed before it is stuffed with ingredients that can be either sweet (cinnamon sugar with sunflower seeds) or savory (mixed vegetables and glass noodles)
