All the yummy stuff slowly layering up inside the pot.. Waxed meat, waxed duck, button mushrooms, shiitake, oysters, beancurd skin, cauliflower, vegetarian duck.. MIL is prepping e chicken now, and later we're putting that in, together w e fragrant soup, the prawns, abalone, scallops and pacific clams.
