Normal Rosti Had the Rosti ($10.80) as it was their signature item. I was kind of excited for it but was kind of let down. The rosti is not crispy than I was expecting it to be. I feel that Ivan's Carbina's Rosti is much better

Original Swiss Rösti ($10.90++) Think I haven’t had Marché for a very long time cause the price felt so steep (vs to what I can recall) 😅 but still opted for the ush - rosti. Topped up with sour cream ($1.90++) to complement the texture and taste, and garlic pork sausage ($6.90++) which gives a good garlicky and charred taste.
