No wonder this is a signature dish! Unlike the usual chilli crab or black pepper crab, this was full of Unami yet not too spicy. Must try!

Tried this thanks to 1-for-1 deal from Chope. This was worth it, as the dish came in a hot stone bowl complete with wet wipe in case you need to clean your hands after peeling the prawns. My only gripe is that it tastes more Chinese after a while thanks to the spicy broth.

With a $20.80 price tag, I thought no one was going to buy this bread. Turns out I did and it was worth every cent. The loaf I got was fresh out the oven and still warm as I sliced into it. Crust was crispy and firm but inside was soft and filled with goodies like walnuts and dried lychees. Amazing!

Small and overpriced this cost me $4.50. Got the pulled pork version which was ok, but nothing mindblowing.

Thin crust and flavourful. Well made and tasty, but not much curry flavour though. $19

The milk soft serve was so solid it didn’t fall out when the cone was tipped upside down. Not sweet and really satisfying.

Most basic single plate of roast chicken rice $4.50. Rice was slightly salty but the thick cuts of chicken meat was juicy and tender. Goes well with chilli and ginger sauce. Superb!

Tried the sharing sushi platter at Ichiban Sushi. $25.80 for two excluding GST and SC. Came with 10 types of sushi including salmon, unagi, tuna and aburi fish. Portion is good, ok for casual dining.

This was the first dish in the five-course set lunch at Elemens. The waiter explained that there is an order to eating this dish, from right to left according to the flavours. Good presentation, attentive service and tasty dishes. A pity this branch is closing down. Would try other outlets!

This dish was only $2.80, hard to find such price nowadays. I added char siew for $3.50. The portion was just nice, rice was fragrant and they give free soup!
