Tried 5 different flavours and my favourite one was definitely the emperor dumpling! Nyona was definitely a close fight.

Puglia burrata was lovely, paired with the tart burnt grapes and elderflower balsamic that cut through its richness and creaminess.
Star of the show was definitely the wagyu flat iron, perfectly medium rare, so tender, soft, and rich, while still retaining its punchy beefy flavour. Especially loved the reduction sauce being served with it, added another layer of flavour without covering up the beefy flavour at all.
The popcorn dessert I felt was a little too much on the salty side, although maybe it's on purpose to emphasise on the fleur de sel, but since it is still the final course after all, I felt that the sweet flavours should be the main character, with the salty richness just helping to aid the delivery instead. However, that being said, the sweet and salty combination was definitely really fun on the palate.
Staff took really good care of us, came to check if we were enjoying our food and made sure to tend to our needs if we had any, which definitely improved the dining experience!
Overall definitely reccommend this place, do give it a try!
