The macchiato on the other hand, was rather interesting as the foam is slightly salty (it has rock salt in it) and is a refreshing change from the typical sweet cream that i get elsewhere

The crab cake and the sweet potato was delicious! The crab had a delicate sweet flavour, and was rather flaky.

The desserts served at duxton 41 does not contain any sugar, and is apparently high in protein as well. While the flavour of the cakes are not bad, the texture of both cakes are slightly odd in my opinion, but i guess that's just the sacrifice to be made for a healthier dessert option!

This loaf is sizeable, and does taste really good - it has a tender crumb, firm, and is generously filled with dried lychees and walnuts - regardless, i still think that it is slightly overpriced!

The burpple premium set comes with a don, mentaiko ebi, miso soup, green tea and a salad. Even though the don was nothing exceptional (could have done with more seasoning in my opinion), the fish is rather fresh, and i really enjoyed the mentaiko ebi.

The dish was not bad! Would be perfect for a simple lunch. Food wasn't overly oily as well so that's a plus
