Best Seafood Still my fav place for seafood done fusion style

Chendol 12++ Nothing special at all, the coconut sorbet was good, and the chendol had more bite than normal as well as seaweed inside. But the Maldon sea salt wasn't applied evenly and that made some parts very salty. Feel like a lot of stuff here is overpriced and with the cafe-esque decor it's really hard to convince myself to fork out high end restauarant prices, even though their menu is interesting. I guess you're paying for the knowledge and the novelty but the taste isn't particularly stellar(I didn't try any of the super ex seafood but this was alr 60 bucks)

t of restaurant week’s lunch menu ($68++) Not a very messy Eton mess but delicious anyway. The tart compote and sorbet helped cut through the creaminess. It’s ironic but I’m quite fond that it wasn’t very sweet.

FILET D’AGNEAU, SAUCE AU POIVRE NOIR ($45) HIGHLIGHT OF THE NIGHTTTT SO FKING GOOD. THE POLENTA (boiled cornmeal) TOOK MY BREATH AWAY. my dad loveddd the pepper sauce too. lamb wasn’t gamey or smelly; it was so soft, tender & juicy...actl converted me i used to not like lamb...

fondue moitié-moitié ($38/pax) cheese fondue!! we got the original swiss recipe w alcohol. BTW a min of 2 people is required to order this, but it’s damnnnn big 2 people can share 1 portion. we added on boiled potatoes ($6) & steamed veg ($6) but i'd only rec this if u will get sick of just eating bread lmao. if not the bread’s really good and you should just fill yourself with it

rosti zermatt ($30) topped w raclette cheese & ham. it's aight...on the saltier side and too pricey

Crispy Red Bean Pancake | $11 Best item of the night. Ended the meal off with a classic dessert served in Chinese restaurants - crispy red bean pancake. Served hot and fresh, this red bean pancake was thin and crisp. It had a good crunch and chew at the same time, especially because of the mochi layer in between the crust and the red bean. The paste was also of a pleasant sweetness. Admittedly a bit on the pricier side considering how the other dishes are priced lower than this pancake. Nonetheless, it is still really worth a try if you love red bean! Rate:🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Rockmelon sorbet w biscuit and basil cream The elements come tgt well, the basil wasn't too strong after you combine everything and eat in one bite. Rockmelon sorbet was quite pleb, a bit sour and not v sweet, and actl taste like a slightly icy sorbet. I'm sure there's no additives but there's also no mindblowingness

New portion Not overly salty anymore. The original price was way too much anyway for the quality. This was more medium well, it's quite a bit more cooked than the previous one. Surprisingly the edges are less charred, only the edges have the nice charred lamb flavour, again the rest of the lamb didn't have any particular flavour. The black olive sauce the dish came w didn't really pair well either

Te mana lamb chop 70++ Asked for medium rare and they delivered, but the centre is chewy still so probably medium is better Te mana is high overrated, it's not particularly tender and there isn't any particular flavour really. Also this was too salty but they were very nice and offered a new portion

Salmon Don The salmon taste normal but salmon portion is rather generous

Flat White Smooth and nice aroma

Grape Ricotta Juicy grapes sitting atop ricotta cheese spread on a fluffy and thick brioche drizzled with lavender-infused honey, topped with grounded pistachio and matcha powder 》$15 Other than looking interesting and aesthetically tasty, I find the taste pretty expectable. The taste of ricotta was light and the scent of lavender was stronger than the taste of matcha powder on the grapes. The grapes were fresh, plump and juicy which did not disappoint. I would say the toast was done so well that it did not turn soggy even till the last bite. Something light and simple yet pleasing.

Fremantle Octopus Enjoyable with the right amount of chew and snap, the Fremantle Octopus ($26) was pretty good too. Happy to nibble on them all night long, the smokey octopus offered tender, supple bouncy bites. The accompanying macadamia tahini was bursting with sweet nuttiness and paired even more nicely with a good squeeze of fresh lime.

Babaganoush Another stand-out dish was the flavourful Babaganoush ($14). Adorned with crispy keropok chicken skin, this chilled mezze featuring creamy smoked eggplant dip, earthy kinnogomadare, and roasted sesame seeds is a savoury delight. Just perfect with warm, soft, pillowy Pita ($3/piece).

Roasted Brussel Sprouts Revisited Habibi-san recently and it's safe to say their dishes are as unforgettable as ever. The Roasted Brussel Sprouts ($20) remain an absolute favourite, offering a delightful medley of flavours and textures. Imagine crisp charred buds, dancing in nutty kinnogomadare (roasted Japanese sesame paste), with the added crunch of pickled red cabbage, jalapeños, and a generous topping of umami-packed bonito flakes. It's a symphony of smokiness and sweetness, with just a hint of heat.

Don't Be Fooled By How Minimalist This Looks Kopi O ($21) - strong flavours, but thankfully I was able to sleep that night. Fried Cauliflower This one of the mezzes. It wasn't too oily. The cauliflower is abit salty and sourish. It is more on the softer side rather than crunchy. Their top recommendation was Aubergine but i would recommend this as well.
