Sous Vide Baby Back Ribs | $22++ Pink peppercorn glaze, sriracha slaw with 4 ribs. This was definitely on the pricier side and the ribs were not meaty enough but the meat was tender and fell off the bone easily. Would skip this and get something more worth the buck.

Closed at 620pm Burpple states that it's open till 8pm but it was already closed around 6pm

Disappointing They no longer sell bagels but the burpple still says they do; travelled all the way down and was disappointed. Do take note if you plan to head down, they only do the box of six now.

Truffle Beef Bagel ($15.90) We got their truffle beef bagel ($12.90+$3) at the Burpple Food Street on Saturday! Lunch crowd had just rolled in and the wait for 2 bagels was more than 30 min 😓. We were also surprised by the size as it was much smaller compared to the ones given to our friend who had ordered earlier 🤷🏻‍♀️. The beef was cooked well, tender but bordering on chewy. Would give a pass on the truffle the next time as it wasn’t prominent (probably just truffle oil) and not worth the additional $3.

Yuzu kombucha Tried the yuzu kombucha. Very refreshing drink and it really elevates a healthy drink. Drink portion is quite big. Would come back to try the other drinks!

Yuzu Kombucha ($5.40) with Chestnut Pearls (+$1) Want healthy bubble tea? Substitute the milk tea with kombucha. Equally delicious, has an added fizz, and supposedly much healthier! This drink was very refreshing, with each sip full of citrus zing and fizziness bombarding the senses in your mouth. The yuzu flavour was actually just yuzu pulp + syrup added to kombucha, but it tastes nice so I’m not too bothered about the syrup. They didn’t ask me for sugar levels so I’m going to assume you can’t customise it. It was definitely on the sweeter side but in a good way. The crunchy chestnut pearls went amazingly with the drink - think red rubies from your bobochacha dessert! It’s a topping you don’t often see at bubble tea shops so I was happy to be able to get it here. Kombucha can sometimes be quite expensive so it was great that there was a 30% off Burpple deal for Kombucha here. Worth a try if you’re looking for something different and refreshing.

30% Off Kombucha Try Tea Pulse’s signature Kombucha drinks! They come in 250ml bottles ($5 each) with a 25% default sweetness. Flavours to look out for are Honey, Yuzu, and Lemongrass; all of which are incredibly refreshing.

Hammydinger - Hammydinger ($14) Turkey ham and chicken ham were slightly thick and goes well with the egg. The tomatoes were juicy and the egg was the same as above (creamy!!). We only had the plain bagel because all other bagels were oos:( The plain bagel was..plain but I love how they toasted it and it was still crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. It would be better if the bagel had more taste.

Garlic Salmon Garlic Salmon ($15) Fresh, creamy and buttery Hokkaido Milk Scrambled Egg with a generous serving of smoked salmon! The egg was thick and creamy, and the cheese was melty and stretchyyy. Plain bagel was soaked in the truffle mayo sauce so it was quite soft and toasty!

Garlic Salmon Bagel (KAI KAI - $12.90) (UP - $15) I finally understand the hype for this bagel shop located at curbside crafters and everyone included the boothers they also order while doing booth at level 1 and 2. I just like their fragrant butter bagel paired well with their ingredients (Garlic Salmon). I enjoyed their marinated garlic salmon and it's freshly made daily and got no bad smell from salmon. Their scrambled egg was quite not that oily but creamy when serving in hot.

One for one pasta Tried the mentaiko salmon carbonara with ebiko Love this pasta! The mentaiko and carbonara combination always work It feels a little Jelat but disappears so quickly when it’s shared. Tried their coffees as well — like the dirty sesame and iced latte. Spent around $80 for two sandwiches and two pasta (2 one for one deals) and 4 drinks so a great meal!

Chicken parmigiana One for one pasta — the portion is great. The taste is pretty average but the portion does make up for it.

Chicken schnitzel and cubano Chicken schnitzel and cubano: Such a good portion and cool plating. The sandwiches are great — portions are great and the sourdough base is soft.

Pandan waffle flat white Was skeptical of the name but this really surprised us with its distinct floral pandan aroma and almost buttery creamy finish. Bought a bag of beans home to enjoy and it was just as good as in store!

Brekki for champions Hearty and filling spread with sourdough, poached eggs, maple espresso bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, baked beans, and pork sausage.

Eggs Benedict Went with the unique stewed beef option and enjoyed the perfectly poached eggs and well-marinated beef. The brioche was airy albeit dry, and could do with more hollandaise sauce or butter for added moisture to the dish.

Amazing place Amazing place, good vibes, great service, and delicious food. Be warned about how generous the portions are here, as you might find yourself unable to finish the food! The beef was cooked to perfection, accompanied nicely by their wide selection of beers.

Dinner at The Drunken Poet I recently tried the Guinness Baby Back Ribs at The Drunken Poet and was pleasantly surprised by how good they were. The meat was tender and flavorful, and they looked amazing on the plate. The fries were also crispy and flavorful, which made for a great complement to the dish. While the seasoning was slightly stronger than I prefer, but it didn't ruin the overall taste. The atmosphere at the restaurant was really chill and comfy, and it's in a convenient location too. Overall, I recommend checking out The Drunken Poet if you're in the mood for a low-key spot with great food!

truly makes you feel like you’re in a pub in Europe loved the ambience of this place! had the fish n chips and beef steak with mash and fried dough as sides. i really enjoyed the mash - has a good amount of butter and salt. the fried bread side was also really tasty and unique! goes great with the steak and mash. the fish and chips were also really tasty with a crispy outer mouthfeel and fluffy on the inside. it also pairs great with the sauces on the side. make sure to order a pint of guinness to savour with the food! truly a great way to spend quality time with friends over good food and beer~

Chips de Canela Served warm, the crispy flour tortillas were coated in cinnamon sugar and paired with vanilla ice cream, chocolate hazelnut sauce, and fresh fruits. But sadly, the flavours didn’t quite come together. The tortilla was overwhelmingly dominant and despite all the toppings, I found it hard to taste much else and I ended up not finishing it 》$16
