Pastas Table of 4, wanted to use two 1-for-1 pasta deal but was told by cashier limited to one deal per table. Only saw this term in the 25% off deal. Didnt see such term in the 1-for-1 pasta deal though so just take note if you are going in big groups... using the 25% off would be more worth it. Food was alright... had better ones elsewhere.

Fuel Plus+ Fuel Plus+ delivers a memorable dining experience with its comforting and flavorful dishes, nailing the art of comfort food with a touch of sophistication. The meal began with their Truffle Fries, perfectly crispy from the first bite to the last. These fries were elevated with aromatic truffle oil and delicate cheese shavings—an irresistible snack to kick things off. For the mains, the Roasted Pork Carbonara was a standout. The eggy, cheesy carbonara sauce coated the penne perfectly, with smoky bacon and tender roasted pork adding hearty flavors. Topped with a beautifully cooked sous vide egg and a sprinkle of cheese, this dish was indulgent and satisfying. The Truffle Bacon Pappardelle was equally delightful. Wide ribbons of pappardelle were generously coated in a creamy miso truffle sauce, with crispy bacon and earthy mushrooms adding depth and texture. Each bite was rich yet well-balanced, making this dish a must-try for truffle lovers. Finally, dessert was the highlight of the evening—the Homemade Apple Crumble. This crustless treat paired tender baked apples with juicy blueberries, buttered oats, and a drizzle of salted caramel sauce. Warm, sweet, and satisfying, it was the perfect ending to an indulgent meal.

1f1 tasting portion Tried the lamb ragu and the mentaiko pasta. We chose the pumpkin Pasta with the ragu sauce but we felt another pasta would have went better with the rich sauce. I love the lamb sausage too with the feta. The mentaiko was nice as usual. We also tried the mushroom soup but it was pretty mid. Very worth work burpple deal!

Tiramisu ($8.90) Small and it was served just in a small container. The alcohol taste was quite strong and the mascarpone was sweet and creamy, but we couldn’t really taste the coffee in it. All in all, average and not memorable.

Ragu ($25.90) with Beetroot Lunghi I thought this would look better but the aesthetic was a bit lacking. The portion was also small and the beef was tough. The beef cubes were flavourful, but very tough (full of tendons that were very tough to bite). The sauce for this was quite watery too and didn’t stick to the beetroot Lunghi well.

Alter Mega Platter @$74 1) Grilled Ribeye 2) Grilled Lamb Cutlets 3) Pan-Seared Salmon 4) Tilapia 5) Squid Rings 6) Chicken Breasts 7) Mussels 8) Curly Fries 9) Salad Served with dipping sauces as well. This Alter Mega Platter stated for 3-4 pax. I think not.... this needs at least 6 pax to clear. Large portions for sure. Ribeye was a little chewy, but tasted good. Lambs were tender but a little gamey The other ingredients were all added fillers for this platter to make us full, they were all rather good, but don't expect it to be awesome. Prawn and Seaweed Aglio Olio | $26 I’d imagine aglio olio to have the elements of both garlicky and spicy, but I guess they were trying to do a Japanese fusion take on it. With the seaweed and perhaps soy-based sauce, this “aglio olio” had an oddly sweet umami flavour that didn’t really blend well with the overall dish. This really didn’t hit the spot for me. Rate:🌟🌟

Harry’s 7 $39 Delightful sharing platter, the sauce is amazing. Octopus is crispy and flavourful, tandoori chicken well-seasoned. sausage was quite basic though. Fries well-seasoned. Otah Toasties was the best, crispy and easy to eat. Perfect ratio of bread to otah paste.

Prawn & Seaweed Aglio Olio - $26++ Amazing choice for low calorie pasta. Generous with number of prawns. Sprinkled with sea-weed shreds. Chilli padi can be easily put on the side, if you can't handle it. This is my go-to dish in any Harry's and they never disappoint!

Angel Hair Pasta ($16.90 before Burpple Beyond 1-for-1) As for our 2nd main, we went with their angel hair pasta which featured truffle and ikura. We enjoyed this more than the buta mayonnaise. The pasta was al dente and the truffle notes was nutty and earthy without being overwhelming. Portion though was a little on the small side and ikura was also a little on the more side and was closer to ebiko than ikura!

Buta Mayonnaise ($16.90 before Burpple Beyond 1-for-1) Miss K and I were feeling peckish after spending most of Saturday in the office and were in the mood for an early dinner. A quick search of our options on #BurppleBeyond led us to Yakizen, a homely quiet izakaya located right smack in the heart of the CBD along Circular Road. Their 1-for-1 mains options is rather limited. We decided to check out the intriguing buta mayonnaise which featured pan-fried pork belly with mayonnaise. To be honest, this dish turned out better than expected as the rich creamy mayonnaise paired surprisingly well with the savoury teriyaki sauce. It did get a little too cloy towards the end as we did not pair it with rice. The portions though was rather small and at $16.90++ would be rather overpriced without the #BurppleBeyond deal.

Chicken Cutlet with Swiss Raclette Cheese Last hurrah with them before closure. Unfortunately this signature did not live up to its reputation. I thought three slabs of meat and special cheese justified the higher price, but they're small and simple, and the latter only offered visuals, nothing for the taste. Worse, the baby potatoes were lousy and the house braised sauce was negligible.

Crab Roll Last hurrah with them before closure. This signature was really good. The sensational crabmeat paired with fragrant croissant. The truffle shoestring fries were also superb.

Salted egg yolk chicken burger Salted egg yolk chicken burger came with two (!!) pieces of juicy chicken cutlet and a generous serving of creamy salted egg yolk sauce. Also had the slightly sweet taste of the Tze char oats that paired well with it. Delightful!
