Ohayo Mama San 3.5⭐ Walked passed Ohayo Mama San several times and didnt know that they served high tea until I read it on Burpple. There are only 6 items served though and a choice of tea to be share among 2 pax. We chose milk oolong tea and also requested to change the wagyu slider to avocado slider. Afternoon Tea Set ($26++) The original price was $15/pax so the burpple beyond deal was not worth it. We changed the wagyu slider to avo slider. The slider had a truffle smell, pretty good. The strawberry mochi has ice cream inside so eat asap. The choco tart was crispy and had a nice caramelised smell. Best was the crabstick tacos.

High tea set Tried the high tea set and it was good!! I went there after my brunch and the portion was just nice for me. If I would to choose the Kani tacos will be the highlight for the set.

Sushi Bowl Wooshi your own bowl [$10.90] Ordered: lemongrass chicken, glass noodle, cherry tomatoes, avocado, onsen egg, tempura puff, fried shallots and yoozoo sesame sauce Chicken is fragrant, sauce is mild (not overly flavoured) and glass noodles is QQ. Pretty balance meal with many different elements of taste and texture. Pretty good as a whole.

Wooshi your own! 3.5⭐️/5 MYO sushi Burpple 1-for-1 [$10.90] Pretty good sushi roll. Gochujang chicken is pretty well seasoned but don’t think it goes that well for a sushi roll. Would prefer it better if 2 sushi rolls can select a different choice!

1 for 1 deals Got 2 XXL burgers, chilli cheese fries and cookies and cream and chocolate milkshakes!! Extremely well seasoned and everything was so delicious!

scrambled egg with cheese croissant croissant is not bad scrambled egg nicely done but it was sliced cheese that did not even melt fully salad is salted so it's a lil weird for me bandung latte (cold) is really good

Chicken Baked Rice ($16.90) One of the worst baked rices i have ever eaten. Bits of minced chicken with broccoli mixed in with rice lacking flavour. The only thing going for it was the thick layer of cheese on top which became unappetizing after it hardened. Would not pay $16.90 for this. Staff were also unfriendly when we changed our orders at the point of ordering.

Chicken Pie with Mash Potato Ordered from the burpple menu. The pie consists of one layer of minced chicken and one layer of potato on top. There's abit of brocoli and carrots mixed in it. The flavours were ok but might get a bit jelat at the end. Abit disappointed with the variety of board games available. Quite a lot of their games were old in terms of its wear and tear.

Chicken Baked Rice & Witch Sleeping Spell Applicable for Burpple 1-for-1 1⭐️/5 Chicken Baked Rice Cream based baked rice. The chicken is cut to little pieces which is almost nonexistent. To be honest, it just tasted like microwave food as the whole dish is very soft and bland. Would not recommend. Witch Sleeping Spell [$6.90 before GST] Unsweetened fragrant tea with dried fruits and flowers.

Beef Bolognese & Peach Ice Tea Applicable for burpple 1-for-1 2.5⭐️/5 Beef Bolognese [$14 before GST] The beef is flavourful but the sauce is a little watery and dull. The pasta is linguini and cooked to be Al Dente. Although it is a cafe food standard, I feel the taste can be improved. Peach Tea [$6.90 before GST] Sweet tea with a flavourful peach taste. Pretty expensive even with burpple.

Chausson aux Pommes Some people might familiar with this name, as Nicher used to sell their artisan pastries at Tiong Bahru. Opened by ex-MBS chef, he now continue baking at this location; which could be very far from town area. In this outlet, he now focused much on French bakes instead. Chausson aux Pommes is actually the Apple Turnovers, which is filled with apple sauce in it. Something mix between sweet and sour, with soft texture of skin. You also get enjoy your Burpple Beyond here with one for one bakes.

Decent food First time here - food was good in general. Ordered the mezze platter (warm pita bread wedges with dips: hummus, beetroot, tzatziki and spicy capsicum) with falafel and fried feta balls which was decent. Falafel was on the dry side. The pumpkin salad had a good variety of ingredients: mesclun salad, avocado, grilled pumpkin wedges, cherry tomatoes, feta slices and brown Swiss mushrooms. The pasta sauce was delightful and penne pasta cooked al dente! First time trying vegetarian pasta with such flavours.
