𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐚 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐋𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐓𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐞 [S$16.90] *𝚄.𝙿. 𝚂$𝟸𝟻.𝟿𝟶 - The Sea Bass is fried perfectly with a beautiful golden crust on the outside and juicy flesh on the inside. The tamarind sauce (asam pedas) has enhanced the whole tasting experience, offering you the best combination of spicy, sweet and sour within "one satisfying spoon" of fish.
𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐆𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢 𝐒𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐝 [S$17.90] - My number 1 favorite dish from @thailily, where the squid is fresh and tender-chewy. And I love the delicious crispy scent that comes from the fried garlic.
𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐔𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐢 & 𝐅𝐨𝐢𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐬 [S$16]: One of the not-to-be-missed dish from @toriisg where the bonding between the grilled river eel and pan-seared foie gras blend so well that literally melts on your tongue.
𝐓𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐢 𝐒𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐦𝐢 [S$23]: A bowl of fresh and satisfying sashimi like raw salmon, sweet shrimp, kampachi, scallops, tuna belly served with yuzu dressing.
𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐖𝐚𝐠𝐲𝐮 𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰 [S$15]: The marrow is sweet, soft and rich, it melts in your mouth easily and tastes almost like butter.
𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐚𝐛 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐝𝐞𝐫 [S$12]: Creamy and filling broth packed with generous amounts of soft shell crab and crab meat.
𝐘𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 in various prices: ⭐ 𝐖𝐚𝐠𝐲𝐮 𝐒𝐢𝐫𝐥𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝟕 [S$12], Garlic with Crispy Skin [S$3], Salmon Cubes [S$4], and etc. Their Yakitori is grilled with Binchotan charcoal from Japan to produce a sweet yet smoky flavour.
𝐏𝐚𝐧-𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐮𝐧𝐚 & 𝐅𝐨𝐢𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐬 [S$18]: My number one favorite item from @toriisg . The foie gras is rich, buttery, and delicate, on the other hand, the seared tuna looks and tastes much like beef, serving together with rosemary, fried leeks, unagi sauce.
𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐢 [S$16] - Serves in a set of 4, the sushi rice is topped with savory and high-quality ingredients such as torched Wagyu, pan-seared foie gras, uni, and steak sauce.
𝐀𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐢 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐘𝐮𝐳𝐮 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐢 [S$13]: For those who love "partially cooked and partially raw" salmon will definitely enjoy this maki where they combine the torched salmon and salmon sashimi together with cucumber, pistachio nuts, yuzu mayo, and tobiko.
𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐢 [S$25]: One of the highly recommended rice bowl that comes with succulent pieces of medium-rare beef, warm and gooey Onsen egg, and topped with aromatic truffle, caviar, savory garlic, as well as sweet and tangy sauce.
@city_hot_pot is the one place that I would recommend for business lunch, friends and family gatherings as they are serving 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐨𝐭 𝐏𝐨𝐭 that offer customers to enjoy their preferred soup base in their own pot. And I really appreciate this concept as it is more hygienic and clean which allowed me to enjoy hotspot comfortably.
𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 + 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐲 𝐑𝐨𝐜𝐤 𝐒𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐭𝐩𝐨𝐭 [𝐒$𝟐𝟗.𝟖𝟎] - Hotpot or hot soup is always my kind of comfort food. After adding in cheese, the broth becomes thicker, creamier, and extra tasty!
