Hard to find in Singapore with a pleasant and refreshing flavour. The tanginess of the ponzu jelly gels well with the subtle flavours of the liver.

We got the Lemon Tart and the Almond Croissant. Both were STUNNING! Arguably the best of both pastries I've ever had. We also got a batch brew, which was a good pick me up for the price, and a can of oat milk cold brew, which was just nice. The Papa's Breakfast (not pictured) tasted nice - the foccacia was crunchy and the tomatoes were extra flavourful as they were cooked with garlic.

We got the Prawn and Chorizo pasta as well as the Spaghetti Bosciola. Both tasted pretty good - the smell of truffle wasn't too overpowering and the prawns were fresh. We also got a Yuzu-ade, which was simple, but the Matcha we got tasted like it was made from instant matcha powder.

Got an Aburi Salmon Scallop Don ($17) and an Unagi Don ($15). Decent food - loved the sauce on the Salmon Don and the Unagi was cooked well. The scallops and salmon were seated straight in the bowl so they tasted fresh. We also got a Chuka Idako ($4)which was surprisingly huge - there was one which was nearly the size of the bowl itself. For $2 you can also complete a meal by adding miso soup and edamame. The edamame is lightly salted but the miso soup is too salty. Otherwise, no GST means a good deal!
