The menu is still in the midst of fine tuning and hence I found the ceviches to be a bit diluted in flavors, apart from the :: Camarones :: which festive combination of chili paste, coconut milk and generous serve of crystal clear prawns stole my heart immediately! Definitely a dish to have. That and the ::Pollo Dulce Y Picante:: too!
