as someone who loves corn and as such the corniest THIS CORN IS SO BOMB DIGGITY WHAT IS THIS MAGICAL SAUCE SLATHERED ON THE CORN BECAUSE HONESTLY!!!!!!!!!! it's spicy (a tad too spicy for me but the mucus drippings were worth it - probably not the best thing to include in a review huh), salty and grilled nicely which brings out the sweetness of the corn (wow!!!! me!!!! making such a description!!!). this umami corn ($14) is a definite must order when you're here 😍

chose to try this dish because I saw tater tots everyone has a weakness for tater tots I know it and u know it too. A take on the classic Thai basil mince, this basil duck tater tots ($22) tasted just like your usual Thai basil stir fry but a hundred times better with the crispy tater tots and a runny fried egg. the duck tbh didn't taste like duck to me maybe cos the sauce overpowered the taste of duck (which idk if that's a good thing or not)? the dish was a tad pricey for its size though :-(

After having the ricotta hotcakes at Barry's in Melbourne I've been missing the fluffiest pancake I've ever eaten (I haven't eaten much fluffy pancakes tbh 🙄). So when I saw this pic going ard I knew I had to try it 😍 The butterscotch banana pancakes ($18) were as fluffy as Agnes' unicorn. I think there were butterscotch sauce in the pancake itself which I couldn't tell because it was in the middle and by the time I reached the middle of the pancake I was already sweetened up by the butterscotch drizzle on the outside. Was expecting caramelised bananas (because pancakes and caramelised bananas are a match made in heaven ok trust me I am an expert) but it was just normal bananas topped with ice cream and honeyed cornflakes. 😟 unfortunately ¾ into the pancakes I totally maxed out my sweet intake for the day. Definitely a dish for sharing.

Is this really Hawaiian food? I'm not sure but I would like to truly believe that it is because I cannot afford to go to Hawaii to find out just yet. The ultimate poké bowl ($18) (that was the only poké bowl option...) includes 2 flavors of fish (salmon & tuna). This legit tasted like chirashi don mixed with a bibimbap but so good I have no idea what sauce they used because I have no talent for being able to taste ingredients out (0 points to me). The rice wasn't as sticky like jap/Korean rice, it had a good bite to it like u could taste every grain which I liked!! They were v generous with the toppings too!!! We also ordered the kalua pig burrito ($18) - OMG!!!!!!!!! the pulled pork was the bomb I totally ignored the other ingredients in the burrito cos the pulled pork was so good all I savored was the pulled pork hah. Shoutout to all restaurants though pls don't use such dim lightings in your place I wanna take good pics!!!! Pls!!!

For roughly $6.50-$7.50 (pretty decent I think) you get a big bowl of noodles with tender meat (your choice - char siew, pork ribs, roasted pork belly) PLUS they provide unlimited lapok!!! I'm sold 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 However, the noodles were quite dry though cos im used to eating saucier wanton mee but nonetheless pretty yummy!! Wish the pork ribs weren't so huge cos kinda tough to suck the bone dry unless you eat with your hands. Will recommend to go for the "two-some" cos you get siewyok + charsiew and their charsiew is like kong bak pau kind!!!! I LOVE!!!! And I went during lunch time so there was happy hour on drinks - beer + wanton mee is something I'd never think of but it was gr8 finishing off the meal with a gulp of beer + the weather was SO hot too ☀️

if ur daily coffee quota could be replaced by this macchiato with espresso bingsu U BET UR ASS U SHOULD DO IT it's so beautiful i cry

looks v different from the menu though with the addition of the colors in the form of idk what's the green thing, pink wafer sticks & blueberries. but i love because they used frozen milo (i think...) for the ice and dumped milo cereal (fav!!!) on top. 4 bingsus out of 5 bingsus 🌝 #gracies100bingsus #burpple

went with high expectations for the bingsu but idk...like it was lacking something....condensed milk maybe????? the mangoes weren't sour though so + point for that but idk...it's not satisfying enough for my bingsu obsession. Sorry the pic is so blurry because it's supposed to be a phhhoto :-)

It's a little odd imo but a good try nonetheless, esp if you're a sweet potato lover

Honestly not worth it because they used normal ice, and it wasn't very fine so by the end the ice all melted - basically eating kokokrunch + water = not a good combi

I think that's what it was (hehe I forgot). Sorry the pic is yet another blurry one because phhhoto!
