Hokkien Mee Their Hokkien mee was legendary and we're glad they kept it after revamp. There are large prawns, chunky roast meat, sotong, garlic sprouts, good-quality lard and superb chilli sauce. One thing that changed: no more beehoon in it.

Wonton Mee Their wanton mee has always looked amazing. There's chashu, onsen egg, fried wantons, milk cabbage. It's sumptuous and the lard was good quality.

Ngoh Hiong This attracted us for its use of crabmeat and Kurobuta pork. But wu xiang being wu xiang, the filling was minced and mixed together. It tasted decent but I couldn't tell what I was eating. The sweet sauce was so nostalgic.

One for one dessert Around $20 for two desserts which can feed quite a lot of people. The desserts weren’t special but I guess worth coming by for the coffee and vibes of the place. A good place to chill if you had dinner nearby!

Voucher limitation 1-1 cakes cannot be used on weekends. This rule is not found in T&C though.

Ohayo Mama San 3.5⭐ Walked passed Ohayo Mama San several times and didnt know that they served high tea until I read it on Burpple. There are only 6 items served though and a choice of tea to be share among 2 pax. We chose milk oolong tea and also requested to change the wagyu slider to avocado slider. Afternoon Tea Set ($26++) The original price was $15/pax so the burpple beyond deal was not worth it. We changed the wagyu slider to avo slider. The slider had a truffle smell, pretty good. The strawberry mochi has ice cream inside so eat asap. The choco tart was crispy and had a nice caramelised smell. Best was the crabstick tacos.

High tea set Tried the high tea set and it was good!! I went there after my brunch and the portion was just nice for me. If I would to choose the Kani tacos will be the highlight for the set.

Delicious cakes - yuzu osmanthus with a layer of jelly inside and cactus cake With burpple, it makes this meal even sweeter!

The cactus (tart) You don’t have a reason not to try Keong Saik, especially since it’s on Burpple!

interesting pizza flavours! rly gotta give it to them for their pizzas - rly fluffy & soft crust that doesn't feel like a chore to chew or cut, and will have u unable to stop eating the calories. had the surf's pizza which had smoked salmon & dill & wowww the combi was js chef's kiss !!!! unfortunately the vodka sausage pasta was abit of a miss for me :-( not sure why but the texture was mildly crunch?y? but the flavour was ok! meat was pretty generous too~

Chrysanthemum Osmanthus Fresh Milk Tea Light floral notes from the chrysanthemum and osmanthus, paired with creamy milk that’s not too sweet. What I really liked is how the flowers are kept separate from the milk, so you get the aroma without accidentally sipping petals. No weird texture, just clean and mellow flavour. One thing to note is let it steep a bit before diving in. Since the tea’s layered, the flowers sit on top and only infuse while the milk level’s high. Once you drink past a certain point, the steeping stops and it turns into plain milk tea. So give it a few minutes to mingle before sipping 》$5.95

乌龙 First time trying, very rich taste. Using beyond buy 1 get 1 free. So good.

Closed at 620pm Burpple states that it's open till 8pm but it was already closed around 6pm

Disappointing They no longer sell bagels but the burpple still says they do; travelled all the way down and was disappointed. Do take note if you plan to head down, they only do the box of six now.

Truffle Beef Bagel ($15.90) We got their truffle beef bagel ($12.90+$3) at the Burpple Food Street on Saturday! Lunch crowd had just rolled in and the wait for 2 bagels was more than 30 min 😓. We were also surprised by the size as it was much smaller compared to the ones given to our friend who had ordered earlier 🤷🏻‍♀️. The beef was cooked well, tender but bordering on chewy. Would give a pass on the truffle the next time as it wasn’t prominent (probably just truffle oil) and not worth the additional $3.

Curry rice don Ordered the pork and chicken katsu 🍛🍛 The curry is a little diluted but overall portion is great. The proteins were good too and love that they gave some pickles. Would come back again since the price point is really good.

Don Ebi is well fried. Rice is decent. 1-for-1 for the win.

1-for-1 1-for-1 Rice Don Using Burpple Beyond Deal in Burpple app Salmon Teriyaki Don with Egg (S$13.80) Salmon teriyaki and fried egg over Japanese rice. The salmon was more on the dry side. Buta Don with Egg (S$13.80) Pork shabu shabu and fried egg over Japanese rice, served with a spicy dip. The meat was quite porky in taste. Accompanied with a can of lemon tea and jasmine tea at S$2.50 per can. Got glass of ice for the drink.

Fake 1 for 1 deals The price has been mark up by additional $5-$10 as compare to normal menu price. Feel cheated

Not a real 1-for-1 deal Been here several times. Food here is 10/10. However, did not appreciate that they have a separate price menu for burpple user without informing us. This menu is priced higher than their normal menu. Ultimately only saved ~$5 as compared to 2 mains from their original menu.

Good bowl of Chirashi Easy fix for a bowl of chirashi. What's funny is that they have a separate pricing menu for those using the Burrple 1 for 1, the prices for it was being jacked up. Strange thou.
