At close to $20 each, these milkshakes are a force to reckon with. Both of these came under the "cereal" range and were absolutely totally delicious to the last drop! The OTT ingredients were well planned and just made them even better. The only question I ask myself now is: when can I go back?
This pavlova here triggered my hunt for the best pavlova in Singapore. But I have not found one close to this!!! This is too unique, the taste is very well balanced and the fruits added an extra touch of crunch and juiciness to the dessert.
Went here to celebrate our anniversary as New Asia Bar was closed for a private event. What a mistake - cocktails were nothing much yet overpriced, ambience was pretty lousy, room had a live singer which was good except for the crappy acoustics and service was annoying! Clearing our drinks when we weren't done and the staff were totally not attentive. That's one anniversary night and $200 bucks i'm never getting back. C'est la vie.
It's been a long time since both hubby and I had our dinner and said WOW simultaneously. We opted for a light dinner - croque monsieur and the caesar salad. Food was amazing - fresh ingredients cooked to perfection. Service was kind yet efficient and ambience just felt good and right. I have no complaints and will be back!
Tried the dark choc and hazelnut. Both were great. I preferred the hazelnut though as dark choc was very intense. Cakes are a little pricey but i think its worth the ultra-fine ingredients they use.
Smoked beef sandwich for $11 - hearty and pretty decent
Went back here over the weekend after a long time and happy to share that their lava cake is back on track. It was bad for awhile but definitely one of my favourites now. Paired it with their red house pour wine. Lovely ambience for a date and just excellent service overall. Brilliant!
Excellent brunch place, reasonable prices, quality food and located in the East ... Perfect! Pro tip: make a reservation as they only have around 10 tables
Headed to ABC as I was craving a good choc lava cake. Unfortunately there was nothing impressive about theirs. Regular cake with a thick choc centre that was too sweet. Disapponting.
Usual SGD 11.90+. Weekday Lunch Promo SGD 10.90+ with Americano/Earl Grey/Iced Tea. This is an absolutely delicious Gnocchi! The gnocchi are soft but retain some chewiness. If you like those melt in the mouth gnocchi, this is not for you. But if you are like me and like your gnocchi soft with abit of chew, this is it! The bacon and pork sausages are also stunning, tasty but not overly salty. Overall, this dish tasted right on point; addictive like a pack of potato chips. Recommended!! And in case you are wondering, the egg was served whole. I had broken it for pictures.
Long time since I've had fantastic 1) quesadilla 2) tacos... The choc nachos tasted like churros and were divine. Definitely coming back
While most people go for the beer, I go for the decadent creme brûlée. If you have a sweet tooth, you won't regret this.
