Don't judge a dish by its looks - it looks unassuming but it was PACKED with flavour!! It is soooo delicious. The noodles were chewy, not mushy or doughy, and each noodle was coated with the broth. They were generous with the shredded meat and vegetables (which is always a bonus). Top the dish off with some of their homemade hot chilli oil on the side and you have a delightful dish that is so tasty, and especially nice when you are craving for something salty, hearty and satisfying. Even though the flavours were strong, I did not feel very thirsty after the meal so that's another thumbs up!
The meat was flavourful and juicy! My first time eating xi an dishes and this was good! The bun was not too doughy and there was sufficient meat with every bite of the bun. Apparently this is traditionally eaten with the 凉皮 (not pictured), which was the opposite of this bun, lighter, tangy and more refreshing. Also, the sauces from the 凉皮are soaked up nicely with the bun! Worth a try!
Spicy pork patty, apple sauce, arugula, Monterey Jack.
The spicy pork patty tasted like a chorizo filling! The applesauce added a nice hint sweetness, pork and applesauce it's always a nice pairing! Was a good burger, but the patty was slightly on the oily side.
When I ordered this, I wondered if this would taste more like a chocolate or cheese cake. But when I tasted it, I actually tasted both! Neither flavours were trying to outshine the other, both fused well and this really hits the spot when you are craving for both types of cakes but can only have one. Decadent but not overwhelming, I can't wait to be back to try more of their other cakes!
I was never a fan of French toast until I had this. Freshly fried to a crisp, with a pad of melty, salty butter and comes with syrup for you to pour (or drench) the fluffy toast in sweet goodness. I like how this toast is slightly on the eggier and saltier side, which makes it the perfect pairing with the sweet syrup. You almost can never get sick of this with the sweet and salty alternating in your mouth. Also, this is the only time everyone will fight for the bread crust, because the best and crispiest bits are there.

Stuffed with the wonder combination of cream cheese and truffle. Need I say more? The schiacciata is toasted to perfection, has a slightly chewy texture, and the fluffy bits inside soak up the cream cheese and truffle, and every bite keeps you wanting for more.
Crispy crackling, juicy and meaty mixed with the wild fennel, each bite is full of dimension. Mustard adds a nice cut as well. This is a must order every time I'm here and it never fails to disappoint.
The star of the dish was seriously the mac and cheese. Cheesy, creamy yet not jelat- one of the few mac and cheeses which have found the right balance. Steak was alright, gravy was solid, coleslaw packed a crunch. Sadly the soggy batter on the outside didn't do it for me. Other than that a great dish though!
After this, I'm never eating another pulled pork burger in my life. You have never really tasted a real pulled pork burger if you never tried burnt ends'. Forget all you've ever known about pulled pork burgers. This one here melts in your mouth, explodes with spices, full of depth and robust flavours. The slaw adds a nice crunch. Everything in burger was carefully thought out to create the perfect one. It is really worth the hype.
Don't underestimate this dish. Shared a 200g piece between me and my friend and it packed a punch. Meat was succulent, bone marrow gravy was rich and flavourful. Everything paired very nicely together, I was surprised when I took a bite out of the meat, sauce and the salad on the side. Salad adds a light bite and cuts through the richness of this dish. Definitely worth trying.
So sinfully yummy, I couldn't stop after picking up my first one. Tater tots were crispy, beef chilli with sour cream and mayo is an all time winning combination. Recommended to share as it is a little more on the greasy side.

Unlike other thick toasts, there is almost no dry piece of toast which you'll pick up, and the ice cream and sweet treats on the top are sufficient to pair with every bite of toast. The inside of the thick toast is generously buttered. When paired with the sweet toppings, the salty butter cuts through the sweetness of the ice cream and red bean, making this a dessert which disappears off the table in no time!
