Master Tang Wontan Mee (鄧師傅鳳城面家) This Michelin one-starred stall is opened by a retired Crystal Jade chef who has worked in Crystal Jade for 17 years. It was originally located in Sixth Avenue but it moved to its current location at Bukit Batok East Avenue 5 when the lease was up. I am not a fan of the signature wontan mee which has a very strong lye taste, but I am totally in love with its Chicken Feet. Made using traditional Cantonese recipe, the chicken feet is steamed till it is fall-off-the bone tender with spicy kick that you don’t find elsewhere. Please read my review at www.hungryghost.sg.
