Food was great and it has been awhile since I posted about food (displayed in the order of 😋) - Krapow Prata Pizza trumps it all for me. #burpple
Comfort snack while waiting for transfer! The chocolate tart is yummy like how it appears, creamy in the middle and crispy crust at the side
We ordered the normal ribs and the pig organ soup and they tasted exactly the same! The mix platter of braised meat was so so only. I preferred the plum in Sprite more than the soup, so I probably won't be back again
The fries turned soggy really quickly.
The wings were fried nicely but a tad too oily. The bbq sauce was not impressive either.
This was also marked as the chef special and is much nicer than the salted egg yolk pasta. The calms were bigger than the lalas we have outside and the pasta was nicely cooked!
To be honest, I was rather disappointed with this dish. The colour was right, the prawns were big but the taste was mehhhh. It was slightly soupy but not much of the salted egg yolk taste.
When my friend told me how crispy it was, I thought she was joking but it was not. It's really THAT crispy! Although crispy but the meat is not compromised, it was soft and tender which paired really nicely with the brown sauce. Oh yes, the fried mashed potato was tasty too!
$14 doesn't justify the portion of it and the dish is on the saltier side. I wouldn't say it's not nice but probably wouldn't try it again.
I like how they mould the fish paste into a fish shape. Extra points for effort
The hotpot set comes along with 4 bottles of additional collagen to top up when it's running low!
