The eggs benedict were a little different from the usual ones, with crab meat as the protein. However, I found the crab meatโ€™s texture not going well with the dish and the item pales in comparison to the other dishes that we ordered. ๐Ÿ˜ข

I think the other items like cod fish burger, nan lu chicken are more worth ordering! ๐Ÿ˜

$12 for 1 main + 1 salad

OMG! The pork collar is so so good, totally didnโ€™t expect this standard from a bakery shop. Potato pea salad was a bit dry and plain after a few mouthful. Their house salad is a much better option!

Would totally come back again!

They have 4 outlets in Singapore and the one I tried is from Old Airport Road Food Centre. Expect a queue during lunch time, I waited around 20 minutes.

I ordered the standard meepok dry with chili. The chili has hints of sambal and hae bee hiam, which makes the meepok really fragrant, with a slight sweetness.

Fishballs and fishcake feels handmade, bouncy and juicy. Super decent bowl of fishball noodles considering it is $3 only. Portion might be a bit smaller for bigger-eaters though

White ($5) ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ
- There were 2 choices of beans and I went with the one with chocolate undernotes. Its a real good cup of coffee with nice flavours.

Almond Chocolate Danish ($5)๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ
- Crisp and hot, chocolate was not too sweet. Nothing more to ask for in a danish

Environment๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ
- Seating spaces were really awkward with lounge chairs and low tables, making it really hard to eat and seats were quite limited as well.
- Service staff could be better as well, didnโ€™t allow me and my friend to sit at the counter bar as it is for a crowd of 3 pax but allowed another couple to sit there ...

Overall: Would go back for the coffee if I am around the area, if not it is a little out of the way [4.5/5.0]

One Prawn Noodle #01-93

This is as good as a bowl of prawn mee can get! It is not the usual typical pork ribs and prawn shell based soup but more seafood/prawn based. The unami taste is real good and I polished off the entire bowl.

I only went to search for reviews after eating it and realised that the owner is a ex- Burnt Ends chef. I guess thatโ€™s why the bar is set so high.

Really recommend those that love prawn mee to give this a try! I got the one with prawn balls and its pretty good. They use real high quality prawns here as well, bouncy and crunchy to taste.๐Ÿฆ

A good decent bowl of ramen, tastes really homely unlike the chain ramen stores. Black garlic oil added extra flavour and taste to the soup. A bit pricey than the others but portion is really huge, shared three bowls amongst four and we are all full.

Recommend those that love a good bowl of ramen , especially good on rainy days

with vanilla ice cream, berries compote, seasonal fruits, mixed seeds, maple syrup

Beware that there is a 30 minute wait for this dish, but definitely worth it. Vanilla ice cream is made with real vanilla beans and its a good contrast against the warm hotcake. Really good even after the ice cream melts. Berries compote has this light lavender taste that I appreciated well.

Though expensive, the portion definitely made up for it.

Decent pain au chocolat, not wow-ed but not disappointed as well.

Service was really good though, staff was very attentive and kept checking in with us.

Vibes on point as well, as I was lucky enough to get the balcony seats

With Bayonne ham, portobello mushroom, hollandaise sauce.

The sauce was so good and went well with everything! Love everything on the plate except that the bayonne ham was a tad too salty. Abit pricey as well

This is so good!!! Tastes as good as the ones in spain. The mash potato below was so fluffy and buttery. Prawns are crunchy and fresh as well, with a nice char taste to it. Must order if here!!

Ordered the standard pork chop, fried egg and chap chye. Feel that standards have dropped over the years but it still tastes not too bad if I am around the area and craving for it.
