Many sifferent kinds of stews from all around the world. I like the oxtail stew. The oxtail can be seen in the picture. Very tender and beefy. If you like beef you got to try it.

This is the best part of the buffet. Selection of indian curries that are really nice. Especially the fish curry which is the one of the best i have tried in singapore. There is also tandoori selection. The tandoori fish is superb as well.

Several kinds of sushi at the sushi counter. The maki with tempura prawn is the best. There are scallop sushis as well.

This is an interesting ice cream. Located at the food court at the shoppes at marina bay sands. I ordered the kinder bueno flavour. The ice cream batter and mixed with the kinder bueno. It is then spread out on a freezing machine into a thin layer. Then the server will roll portions of it into what is seen in the picture. Cost is $8 comes in other assorted flavours.

This is from kwee heng stall. The soup is marvellous. Very herbally taste which is good. The duck meat is tender and well roasted. I ordered the bigger bowl. Which is $5. Smaller portion is $4. Recommended.

Melt in your mouth stingray. Two things: spicy and milky. The sambal makes the dish really excellent. The stingray taste very milky which was different from other places where the fish can be quite dry. It is very tender also. Pure goodness. Price is at $12.
