There's is something about this fries that makes me unable to stop.

The truffle doesn't really come through but the texture is something I crave for.

It is on the pricey side so it is not for everyone.

Had the Fun Size Three with the team for lunch.

Juicy patty together with fresh portobello mushroom is a delight! Paired together with the fresh buns, cheese and sauce, the burger just disappeared.

Will come again for Burger!

Team lunch at Burpple! First time trying this modernist styled Roast Pork.

It is very tender, with crispy skin and complex base flavours.

Look how awesome it is. Definitely trying it again.

Whenever someone asks what is the best Bak Kut Teh in Singapore, someone would mention "That one at Rangoon road". Tried it at last!

At first look, I thought it was herbal BKT, but it's actually the peppery type. The soup has more body than the lighter type and is slighty viscous. One taste of the soup and instantly "This is one of the better BKT I had."

The side dish were superb as well. The large intestine and kidney is thoroughly clean and doesn't have that tainted smell to it.

Will come again!

Was delighted to find this cafe beside the cathedral. Went in for coffee and surprised to find such comfortable environment.

Ordered the long black, tasted normal. Will come again as rest spot.

Came here for quick coffee. There is an ongoing promotion for coffee @ $4, for a limited time.

Coffee is alright for normal occasion. Will come for the beef sandwich though.

Saw there is a $20 promo for kaisen salad with 1 add on and decided to go for it. Ordered kaisen salad with negi toro.

Even though I'm dining in, the kaisen salad comes served in a plastic bowl with a lid, separating the salad and the kaisen mix. Appreciate the separation but it's hard to eat with a flimsy lid.

The kaisen mix is as expected, the quality is high. The negitoro though, it's oxidized minced toro, making it kinda dull. Definitely can't taste the fragrance of toro. I'm pretty sure there should be negi in the mix but there wasn't.
Also, not sure why the cracker bits was added in it. It doesn't taste bad but I didn't want it in this.

Ambience of the place is busy. It's alright for lunch as this is the less crowded place considering it is changi business park.
However, the lady at the counter is too enthusiastic that she greets everyone in a high pitch voice every 5-10 seconds. My head is splitting from all that. Calm down lady.

Overall, there isn't really any incentive to dine in for the kaisen menu. You get pretty much the same thing if you order through delivery.

Skip the negitoro, you will probably get better bang for buck if you ordered other add-ons.

If you will like to dine in, I'll suggest late in the afternoon or evening when it is less crowded.

Probably one of the best ambience for coffee. Spacious and equipped with nice furniture.

Really nice place to go if you just want to sit down and relax.
Very good for small group meetings.

Surprisingly, this place serves Hotstone food although it specialized in hotpots.

The raw salmon is served with a preheated hot stone. That stone is hot enough for searing a crust on the salmon. Too bad the skin wasn't left on, a missed opportunity.

The salmon comes with 2 sides and sauce. Feels like having a hotplate western dinner, but feels even more premium.

Saw this place trending on explore, decide to give it a try as I'm nearby.

This place was rather easy to find at chijmes. "Glasshouse, a house made of glass? 🤔" That's what came into my mind .

Went around and find something like that and tada! Literally it's a cafe like a greenhouse. It's hard to miss.

As expected, the place is packed full of people. Got 2 whites and tried to find a seat. Nope, seats filled with people with empty coffee cups. No way of getting any seats. Had to stand at the counter to drink this.

The shot is great, but the milk is too creamy it overshadowed the shot. Could be better.

Place will be great if seats are available. Will come back for coffee again.

Never had fried chicken with salad before, thought I'll give it a try.

Its better than expected, but the portion is small and expensive. With the same price you could get something better.

Will go for it if I ran out of options.
