Angel hair pasta in creamy protein packed hummus sauce with sauteed baby spinach.
A rather unique pasta, topped with crunchy 'ikan bilis' bits. Love that it is slightly spicy which made it more appetizing. Hope that the meat-free menu can be expanded :)
Served with oregano baked beans, mesclun, crispy hash browns, sauteed forest mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, sourdough, vegan fillet, sliced meat, sausage, housemade strawberry chia jam✨
Got to say this is a very satisfying and filling brunch. Housemade strawberry chia jam deserves a shoutout on its own for complementing the sourdough so well! Only thing to nitpick was the salad (that was too bitter for our liking) and the vegan sausage was too dry. Still super worth with burpple deal though ($55 For 2 mains and 2 drinks)
Tried their earl grey chocolate that tasted really unique and fragrant. Was glad it was not milky or overly sweet.
Happy to find a place serving quality food with vegan and non-vegan options. Will be back to try other dishes 🥰
Ahhhhh This vegan burger tasted so good!!!! The cheese, fish fingers and cream complement each other really well. Slightly overpriced but worth the try!
This got to be my 2nd favourite soup from TSS (after Tangy Tomato). Very rich in flavour and the spicy kick made it very appetising! It's packed with quite a lot of ingredients too (corn, mushrooms, cabbage, mock sausage etc). The sausage was too soft imo but overall, the soup is still pretty good. Got 2 sets of soup for around $20 thanks to a member's promotion (:
We were so satisfied with the yam abacus beads ($7) here!! Texture was soft but not mushy, comes with a little gravy and not oily at all. Definitely one of the best abacus beads we have eaten. We also tried the braised meesua, bibimbap, rice with tofu and mushroom and curry rice. Overall they were tasty and I really like the braised meesua for its simple yet comforting taste.
