Fudgy, chocolatey and sinful! ($4.5)
Found a fully vegetarian zen Japanese restaurant in Singapore! Sushi, sashimi, bento, ramen, gyoza, curry, they have it all!
Vegetarian sushi (yay!) - tried the Unagi Maki ($15) which was super delicious and loved the toppings.
Overall it was a super filling and delectable meal - didn’t mind the dark interiors with ambient lights - ordered our food on iPads and the items arrived fairly quickly- liked the efficiency and the promptness of the staff.
If you’re vegan, vegetarian or lactose intolerant, and even if you’re not, you must try this place.
The Katsu curry set ($18)- was soooo flavourful and shiok. The mock chicken was so crispy, perfect compliment to the curry.
Vegetarian sushi (yay!) - The Crispy Floss Maki ($14-15) had a generous coating of crispy floss, a good contrast to the soft sushi rice.
The vast menu had so many enticing veg options we have to make several visits to try them all.
Crispy warm pie with blueberry jam and cream cheese goodness inside. Delicious. $1.70
🥟 The pan fried Impossible gyoza was impossibly soft and delicious. Love that I can get in on all the chicken action thanks to Impossible. $12
🥟 Sichuan steamed dumplings were a little bland but that maybe just because we like things extra spicy. Plant based. $8.8
🥟Kung pao Tindle chicken - loved that I could try the delicious Chinese flavours of the dish thanks to this faux chicken from Tindle!! 🌶🌶🌶
$20
🥟Stir fried mushroom medley - the tantalising flavours of the earthy mushrooms hit the spot perfectly. $20
🥟Fried brown rice medley - was a medley of flavours and the crispy yam cubes and pine nuts were a good balance of crunch with the rice.
$20
✨Overall we had a great experience on a rainy night. We will definitely go again.
✨It was still raining when we got up to leave and they were kind enough to offer us an umbrella. 💖
Was craving masala dosa for a week and finally went to this little South Indian restaurant in Little India. What we ordered:
Podi idli - this was oh so soft and delicious.
Masala dosa - $5 - it was the perfect dosa. Crispy, warm dosa with a delicious potato masala filling accompanied by an assortment of chutneys which added volumes to the experience.
Special mention: the sambar was piping hot, thankyou!! Because most places just serve cold/lukewarm sambar which is Not good enough. I totally loved this experience. Will definitely go again.
