Brought there by a friend. Cheap and good food urgh. A must try. Sorry for not rmbering which stalls they were because it was quite far back, but if it's any hawker centre you feel like going, you should definitely pop by the one in tiong bahru.

This is the premium one; 1person for $45++(?) with wagyu beef. There are other options which cost around $25++ or $35++. I've tried a few soup bases before, but I'll always rmb to order the soya bean soup 👌🏼 The taste is explosive. It used to have nice desserts for you, but now, they only give you a small size gelato :/ which is too frozen.

I guess you guys have heard about the infamous chicken rice at ChatterBox. A set for ($27?) I forgot. So what's the difference between the chicken rice here and the ones in hawker centres? Well, for me, the presentation is obviously different.. The environment of the restaurant is obviously cleaner, so obviously, you'll feel greater eating in there. The chicken is more moist than the ones in hawker centre (obv) it's quite ripped off tbh, but tis still good. Hawker centre's chicken rice isn't bad too.

Ordered this hot stone garlic rice with diced salmon on top.($11.90) Not that bad of a price, because there's a small bowl of salad and miso soup. These sets are not that pricey but if you eat sushi on the roller without stopping yourself. It can turn out expensive. 1 plate = $2.40

Brunch? Anything associated with egg benedict and salmon. Overall, the food is v good. Their prices are similar to the rest of the cafes I think. And if you happen to visit, maybe try going to the second floor instead of sitting at the first because I find sitting at the second floor veryy cosy.

Was about to call the usual ' the basterd ', but since I'm a sucker for peanut butter, this grabs my attention. " Peanut butter, banana, and beef patty " Not a normal combination, but it is yum! I think it's even cheaper than the other burgers ($11)

Recommended by a friend and I'm supes glad to say that I've gone there because if I didn't, I would have regretted it😱 It's sort of pricey? but most of the ice cream in Singapore has similar price (roughly $8+) I'm definitely going to try more flavours!

Again, first time trying this, just because my friend and I saw a long queue of people at that stall. We were asked to wait for 20-30 mins and we patiently waited, but turned out as a disappointment :/ not sure whether that's just my taste bud, but the meat is in a very small portion.. which tasted a little too sweet on its own. What made it tasted bad is that the sauce was even sweeter.

For someone who doesn't have that much of an experience with hawker centres and local food, I think this just tasted alright. It's not bad, but it's not super delicious either. Wasn't planning on buying this, but the Cantonese Hor Fun is closed today :( so...
