For the mid-wings, way too salty with too much cumin seasoning. Chicken was relatively soft. Do not eat the skin if ordered. Would not order again.

For the fungus, it is pretty average. Sauce is a little diluted, hence vinegar taste is very light. Not the best I’ve tried.

Pleasantly surprised with this dish! Rosti was crispy, served with perfectly scrambled eggs, generous portion of shredded duck confit and hollandaise sauce. Very delicious, although the shredded duck was slightly salt. Overall, very well paired with the rosti and hollandaise sauce! Will definitely order again on my next visit!

Generous amounts of pulled pork. Bread was very soft, egg yolk was very runny! Flavour was very delicious, great serving of salad as well. Will definitely order again on the next visit!

Crispy crust and fluffy with loads of filling. Matcha filling is not too sweet, just nice! Passion fruit filling is sour and tangy. Balanced between sweet and sour. Great filling to bread proportions. Will definitely try the others flavour in the future. But have to go early to get other flavours…

Hearty and great breakfast overall! Opted to get the mushrooms removed and got more salad instead. Scrambled eggs were great and satisfying! However, the sausage, bacon and hash brown were room temperature when served, instead of hot. Salad could have more dressing. Definitely room for improvement!

Amazing! Covered in a layer of Peach Mousse, soft on the outside, filled with hazelnut crumble, earl grey sponge and mousse and peach jelly on the inside! A myriad of flavours in a small dessert! Especially, the flavour of the earl grey was extremely distinctive and delicious! Would definitely be going back and trying their other desserts.

Premium Pork Loin Tonkatsu

Very impressive dish of Tonkatsu! Pork loin was very tender, with a great breading on the outside, crisp and not too thick at the same time. Served with a portion of rice, miso soup, fruit and a large amount of salad.
Not only so, the Tonkatsu set also includes a dish of sesame seeds that needs to be ground before adding Tonkatsu sauce. The sesame seed adds an additional scent and flavour to the Tonkatsu, making it an even better dining experience.
