Homemade pappardelle w lamb ragout ($26) and loads of shaved parmigiano reggiano stole my heart in a single bite. Pasta was al dente, just slightly undercooked for the perfect firm texture and doused in flavorful lamb ragout stewed tender with slight gamy taste, so good!

Situated in a two-story fire-engine red shophouse, Drury Lane along Tanjong Pagar Road is almost hard to miss. Serving up all-day-breakfast with additional dishes such as Cloud 9 (Cream Cheese Pancakes) and 1935 Toast (French Toast with Peanut Butter and Banana) on the weekends, the cafe also offers a variety of homemade pastries which changes daily, serving a seasonal blend of coffee with beans from Toby's Estate and a 'pay as you wish' concept for their muffins.

Dinners are a steamboat affair at The Buffet. Steamboat staples of prawns, mussels, flower crabs and all kinds of meats, along with the standard Yong Tau Foo selections are available. Drunken Prawns in Herbal Soup at the live cooking station is a highlight here. Pop by for an International Buffet spread at lunch!
