We were very happy with the value of the dons here using burpple 1 for 1. Price range with this deal is between $6.50-$12 per pax depending on what you choose with no additional GST or service charge #saywhutttttt 🤯 Have eaten here on 2 occasions already and both experiences were equally pleasant. Aburi scallop and salmon don was very delicious and portion was really quite good for a lunch set. Complimentary cold water is also avail with self-service which is a plus point. Nice muji dining setting with good aircon especially during lunch hours. Highly recommend this place!
Pretty mediocre food in rather small portions. Had to make the pasta tastier with chilli flakes. Only worth it with 1 for 1 beyond. If you are a huge eater, I would strongly recommend getting the pizza because that’s about the most decent tasting and bigger sized dish there.
Abit pricey at $11.90 but definitely worth it with beyond. As expected of Matchaya, they excel with all things green tea. The matcha had a rich taste with a lingering sweetness. Rice krispies were crispy and complimented the smooth soft serve. Mochi was soft and melty and definitely something to crave.
Broth was tasty though nothing to shout about. Decent for a quick simple meal but I wouldnt make the trip here to eat this. Do note that only orders below $12 are valid for burpple beyond
Unique flavour which is surprisingly good. An interesting balance between savoury and sweet. A must try!

Unami prawn pasta was pretty tasty with the bonito flakes and tobiko and prawns were succulent and fresh. However, the taste was elevated ten times more when we requested for chilli flakes.
Probably the most expensive dish on the menu but so delicious. The foie gras isn’t the usual pan seared kind but it went really well with the beef. Definitely worth a try.
Good quality omakase meal. Food was very good but short handed, slow and not so welcoming service dampened our experience. We did not appreciate the next course also arriving at our table before we finished with our current dish, making us feel like we had to rush through our meal.
Overall worth it with 1 for 1 burpple beyond.
Oyster - very big, juicy and fresh
Sashimi - very fresh thick slices that went very well with the freshly grated wasabi
Chawanmushi - served piping hot with ikura. Also well done.
Soft shell crab - it was hot, crispy and fresh. Very generous portion served
Cod fish - very well done, tender and fatty and went well with accompanying sauce
Wagyu beef fried rice - sauce drizzled was too much and too sweet. A pity because the beef texture was very tender and almost melt in the mouth but it was overwhelmed by the sauce.
Fish soup - warm and comforting end to our meal
With 1 for 1 burpple beyond, this set lunch was extremely satisfying.
Octopus was very nice with the sambal sauce and the charred prawns were also well done, though I think there was a tad too much cocktail sauce drizzled over the salad and prawns.
We had the same main and dessert dishes. Generous serving of iberico pork which was very tender, flavorful and the right amount of fats to savour and still not be too jelat.😂 Indeed the wagyu of pork!
Ended off with chocolate fondant and vanilla ice cream which didn’t go wrong, but not much to shout about - it was a very safe dessert.
Was initially very disappointed to discover pistachio and chocolate was not available but the other flavours turned out to be superb!
Must try includes Hazelnut, Mascarpone & Matcha. All very rich tasting, smooth and yet not too sweet.
Huge and very satisfying portion! Sashimi was very fresh and the cucumber was a refreshing touch. Tempura bits also added texture and made the chirashi don very appetizing. With beyond 1 for 1, this was extremely value for money.
Avocado tasted really fresh and the drink wasn’t too sweet.
