If you have not heard of it, @cozycornersg’s last day of operations would be on 11st Nov! 👋🏻👋🏻😥😭. As one of my favorite vegan places in Singapore, I am always looking forward to new upcoming creations from them that almost always never fail to disappoint!👍🏻 Featured here is the VEGAN HOUJICHA cream cake, made in house by a Japanese chef (also the wife of the owner 😉)! ✨ Using houjicha powder from @matchayasg , the characteristic roasted flavour was surprisingly prominent, distinct with a pleasant lingering aroma! 😋 The plain sponge layers were also soft, fluffy and sufficiently moist, further enhanced with houjicha cream sandwiched within and a surprise element of fresh fruit slices embedded within the smooth, luscious cream 🍎🥝🍊! Apart from Houjicha, there’s also matcha and chocolate creme cake flavours available as well, but do take note that these freshly baked cakes are only available on a rotational basis. Remember to enquire and check on their availability before you head down to avoid disappointment! 👊🏻 .
