Also, the roasted jalapeño chimichurri was peppery heaven with the grilled meat. I wished the desserts came in smaller portions because they were rather heavy. Other than that, perfecto!

I opted for the skirt, a cheaper and arguably tastier cut than tenderloin or striploin. It was char-grilled to perfection and the tang of the mustard sauce lifted it just enough. Highly recommend this combination if you're checking out this place.
