It's never too early for dessert as I tucked into this lovely mixed fruits tart at one of my favourite cafes in Bangkok.

The sweet fresh crab meat, coupled with the saltiness of the fish roe and the arugula smoky bitterness created an umami bomb in this lovely pasta creation.

It doesn't hurt to indulge in a parfait to sweeten up your day especially if it's a pancake soufflé with banana pudding, madeleines, cafe curd, cinnamon langue de chat drizzled generously with glorious golden maple syrup. Hitting the sweet spot has never been easier at Karafuru.
