There's enough carbs in this meal, so for beverage, iced Imperial Kopi-o siewdai (which actually tasted more like Kopi-o kosong), and im glad it was almost sugarless.

This joint commands a long queue of curious diners. Honestly, it wasnt my intent to try, but i was laughing to myself when the staff greeted สวัสดีครัไม่ต้องกลัว (translates: hello, don't be scared/afraid!!), and i got myself seated to see if its at all authentic.
The chicken thigh on rice is literally Thai portion on sight, comes with a blue ginger laced dark sauce for dip, which is pretty close to Thai chicken rice.
The braised pork leg, served in a neat pile or fine cut strips, almost like pulled pork, served with a savory sweet spicy dark sauce, also pretty much Thai style too.
The sugarless lemongrass drink, to me is the best I've tasted in a long while. สดชื่นชอบมาก
Unless I've deprived myself greatly for not revisiting BKK, this is a go to place, for reminiscence.

The signature white pepper 🦀 crabs r nicely cooked & seasoned with fragrant, savory, prickly white pepper concoction, laid on leafy lettuce and garnished with parsley. An anchor dish in its own right!
The 3 storey beehoon 三楼米粉 is also another signature staple, savory pepperish beehon; fried flat like a sheet of crepe, that blankets a sheet of omelet, and finally at the bottom, crunchy choysum.
Sweet crunchy stir fried chicken feathers 鸡毛菜, to be honest is my 1st encounter in a loooooong while. Once u start, u cant stop.
Best to call up for reservations, or risk queuing at the shop front, as if its the Toto Hongbao draw.

The 三杯鸡 is served boiling in a claypot. The rustic presentation lowers your guard, for an explosion of flavors (绍兴花雕酒 + dark soy sauce + sesame seed oil), when the chicken chunks enters your mouth.
