The skin is so cripsy, definitely goes well with the amount of fats. The skin still cripsy after awhile, can't say not the the fatty meat with cripsy skin.
This pork is towards the fatty side but it was perfectly cook, one of the best char siew you would want to go for. It's one of their signature dish must try.

The beef was perfectly cooked and what best thing is you can ask for more free flow fries... The black Angus was so tender and the fats literally just melt easy to chew. It comes with a very big portion of beef which really very filling for the price.

This dish is very good as a starter... The sour taste give you more appetite to enjoy more dishes.. Will definitely recommend this new dish.
I only can say the pork is very well deep penetrate with the soya broth.. It just makes the rice taste better...

This is a must have, the intestine is definitely clean and no foul smell/taste. It absorb the soya sauce and penetrate in so deep that it was so good and soft.

This bak kut teh is on the peppery side, taste very normal but on a rainy day this bowl of soup definitely comfort my warm stomach for the day.

It's tonic water with a dash of sake, with goji berries and fresh mint leaves as garnishes.

This came with 3 slices of waygu beef wrapped with potato, sweet potato and carrots.
The potato's and carrots am cooked with Soy sauce as the veg seems dark brown and salty... Where as the sweet potato are overly sweet..
Each slice of beef is quite big, but sadly does not have rice to goes with else it will be much nicer.
