Burpple beyond - waffles and single ice cream Used burpple beyond to get waffles and single ice cream & tea, totalling up to around $21. Staff was clueless about the deal though. For ice cream, only 2-3 flavours didn’t require a top up, the rest requires a varying amount of top up. This deal resulted to be relatively pricey.

Truffle Eggs & Mushroom Do you willing to be the early bird on the weekend to come and in the early morning and get their breakfast? They opened at 8:30am on weekend to offer their breakfast menu until 10:30am, before they change to brunch menu afterward. You would get to enjoy the morning scenery here and see the sun slowly rise up. Their truffle eggs & mushroom is definitely a great meal to begin the day. The sourdough toast is topped with truffle scrambled egg, creamy mushroom, arugula and parmesan cheese. The truffle is strong but not too overwhelmed, good mix of taste as you eat them together with the mushroom. Portion is good enough.

Thick Doesn't Mean Better I didn't expect any wok hey from the Hokkien Mee ($29++), & that indeed was the case. Love how generous the portion is & how plentiful the ingredients are.. .. But the sauce was too thick & so salty that I couldn't finish my last bite of noodles. This rarely happens, but it was just too much. Ultimately, I wouldn't order this again. Their western food options have tended to fair better in my books, but I was really craving local cuisine having just spent 3 weeks in Europe.. TCS High Tea🍵 Went to TCS a few days ago and had their High Tea Set for 3 ($19/pax) and a Fried Fish with Avocado side ($17)!😇 Food was not bad (charsiew and otah, puffs, bread with salami and mushrooms, anddd cakes and macaroons were sweet) Vibes were greattt tho😍 Really chill n cozy date spot but sadly its very far... Overall ratings 8/10! Would head back in the future for special occasions and to try other menu items😋

Apple Crumble Pancake ✧ pancake with apple slices, marshmallows & granola crumbs ✧ pancake was bland and texture is bread-like. the granola crumbs were good though. probably our first and last :’)

Berry & Yoghurt Skillet Pancake ($12) This dish was quite underwhelming :( the pancake itself lacked flavour but the toppings (ice cream, granola, berries etc were yummy) not sure if we’d eat it again

Earl Grey Lavender Tea Latte My all time favourite tea latte - the mix of tea, milk, froth and sugar was perfection. Great place to chat and enjoy the chill vibes

Chocolate Mint Cupcake (Reg, $4.50) Tried this sometime ago, so I can’t recall exactly how it tasted, but I do remember it having an undisputed moistness to it and a subdued minty flavour that paired so gorgeously with the cupcake’s deep, dark chocolate flavour. 🍫🍃 Every bite went by too quickly with this one…I definitely needed at least a couple more to feel satisfied. 🤣 (7.6/10)

Red Velvet Cupcake Just the right amount of sweetness. The cream cheese icing is not too sweet and the whole cake tastes just nice. The cake is soft and the display is really beautiful.

Cafe a few days ago and ordered a Tiger Beer-battered Fish and Chips with Truffle Fries upgrade ($37), Crispy Roast Chicken ($32) and a Double Chocolate Blackout Cake ($18)!😇 Overall ratings 8.5/10😍 Food and service was good, portions were generous, but chicken skin was a little tough ans cake was gelat after awhile😅 Nice date place so will definitely be back once in awhile😁

This is a #throwback to DOC! Really awesome and quality food serve here.. By far the best scramble eggs I ever tried! I And waffle is very excellent as well! I would give the waffle and the egg a perfect score! Really well done! Unfortunately this place is close! Hopfully they will be back!Pls! Come back!!!!

Quality Food DOC always delivering and never disappointing! this pull pork sandwich was delicious mmm well seasoned pork with the creamiest scrambled eggs. Not forgetting good ass coffee!

Valhorna Chocolate Waffles with butterscotch ice cream, maple syrup, raspberry sauce, fresh strawberries ($20). Due to the dark chocolate batter, the waffles turn out to be thick and dense but love the butterscotch ice cream that goes well with it. Sourish raspberry sauce and sweet strawberries prevent you from chocolate overdose.

Pandan Roll Nice pandan fragrance with light & milky cream. Gula melaka jelly is not too sweet, overall sweetness just nice! Will purchase again👍🏻

Matcha & Strawberry ShortCake Matcha 💚 & Strawberry 🍓 ShortCake 🎂 ($8.30) (4/5) from Dulcet & Studio I saw it at taka (tampopo) & they recently opened at i12katong. So I decided to buy cake for own celebration so I bought the cake from Orchard, gr.id to Jewel. I felt that it was quite creamy as they put a lot of fresh cream with strawberry inside the cake. I really like their fresh strawberry inside the cake and top of the cake. Matcha cream was really decent and not that strong taste tbh. I didn't expected that the cake can last long ard 7 hrs without the fridge even though its melted a bit from the surface of the cake. I do never it again but i wanted to retake photo of the cake next time with proper plate (mean I will be getting the cake nxt time if I passby the area again) 🙂

Sweet Potato Cake [$5.90] and Mont Blanc [$7] Saw these cute cakes and couldn’t resist (got these for my family). They looked not bad. The left one is a sweet potato cake and the one on the right is a Mont Blanc. Kinda regret it though, it has wayyy too much cream (it’s like 80%-90% vanilla cream) and so much dairy that I feel quite ill and definitely can’t finish these. Probably wouldn’t recommend. There’s hardly any cake. It’s mostly all cream. The mont blanc doesn’t have much of a chestnut flavour. The sweet potato cake tasted like Chinese dessert (orh nee). I really feel like the cakes tasted more like Chinese dessert rather than Japanese or French desserts. The search for a good Mont Blanc continues.

Lady M Signature Mille Crêpe Light, fluffy layers of Crêpes skillfully placed atop each other forming a sublime Mille Crêpe. Entering the store, decked out in all white furniture, makes you feel clean and refreshed. It's certainly a great reprieve from the mundanity of daily life. In my opinion, one of the best Mille Crêpes that you can find in Singapore.

Signature Mille Crepes Although on the pricey side, their cakes r pretty awesome! Generous slices of their signature Mille Crepe and Matcha Crepe were served to us and i only managed to finish 2/3 of the cake >< As much as i hate to say, although the cake taste really awesome at first, it gets messier as u ate >< haha maybe it's just me 😁😁 but then again half way through the cake you will feel too 腻 which might be the down side of the portion >< not that i am complaining though 😜😜 Will definitely go again soon for other flavors and their beverage 😎✌️ Overall experience 6/10

Green Tea Crepe Cake Amazing cake, can really taste the green tea. Thin layer of crepe in between green tea cream. Cost $9 for a slice of it :9

Pandan waffle flat white Was skeptical of the name but this really surprised us with its distinct floral pandan aroma and almost buttery creamy finish. Bought a bag of beans home to enjoy and it was just as good as in store!

Brekki for champions Hearty and filling spread with sourdough, poached eggs, maple espresso bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, baked beans, and pork sausage.

Eggs Benedict Went with the unique stewed beef option and enjoyed the perfectly poached eggs and well-marinated beef. The brioche was airy albeit dry, and could do with more hollandaise sauce or butter for added moisture to the dish.

One for one dessert Around $20 for two desserts which can feed quite a lot of people. The desserts weren’t special but I guess worth coming by for the coffee and vibes of the place. A good place to chill if you had dinner nearby!

One for one coldbrew Am a fan of their white cold brew. One for one deal for this is pretty nice! Was able to use this coupon on a Sunday too.
