Great Pizza Doesn't seem $16.90 worthy each but with Burpple 1 for 1 it is a good bargain! They have 1 for 1 deals as well without Burpple on weekdays lunch do check them out Pizza crust was thin and crispy and went well for a hearty meal

Geisha (half-portion $14.90 nett) 🍕 ⭐️ 4.5/5 ⭐️ 🍴A unique and delicious Japanese-Western fusion pizza comprising Norwegian smoked salmon, burnt (more like charred) broccoli, bonito & mentaiko mayo spread. Fans of #mentaiko like me would love the harmonious pairing of the sauce with the salmon and bonito. Kaya French Toast Waited 45 mins for this; off-peak, barely a few tables occupied. Very 'eggy' bread (the ones we whip up for a last min breakfast) , sour kaya ganache that not only has a weird colour, but taste and texture, desiccated coconut that's reminiscent of phoon huat packaged ones. The saving grace was the ice cream and that splash of Gula Melaka. Not too sweet but the elements just do not blend well. I had to pair everything with the ice cream to get some sense of what the dish was dreaming to be like. $15.90. I'll rather go for the real deal that's one decimal place behind.

Crab Pasta Recommended by the cafe and definitely would recommend this to people who visit and why!

Halal Restaurant serving Steaks. And Why Cafe at Bali Lane is a halal-certified cafe/restaurant managed by Muslims. They started with serving sandwich, coffee and bakes, but now they're serving halal steaks as well. 🔸 At the media tasting that evening invited by Vince, we has 4 types of steaks - striploin with Tennessee sauce, ribeye with peppercorn sauce, tenderloin with mushroom and garlic sauce, and herb crusted lamb rack with chimichurri sauce. While I didn't like that they cook their steaks to medium well, I love the sauces they've paired with each of the 4 steaks we tried. I suppose we could request for medium rare steaks and this should also be a good option for a halal restaurant that serves steaks.

Sticky Toffee Pudding Sticky toffe pudding ($12.9)-was pretty good bjt underwhelming compared to what i had. Thwirs' was dry 3.75/5

Putu Piring Cake ($11.50) TMC's Dunlop outlet felt slightly cramp if you compare it to their Bussorah or Esplanade joints, but their cakes were still on point. Had the Putu Piring cake slice, which was generously sprinkled with coconut gratings and filled with luscious palm sugar syrup. Slightly diabetes-inducing but what a good way to end off the night.

Ondeh Ondeh and Durian Cake Looks good, tastes even better!

Amazing Halal Food $114 for 4 person. Food were simply amazing, one of the best halal restaurant I've been to. Items were on the expensive side but the portions are so huge it can be shared by 2 per mains. And they gave us free wings and 2 chocolate cake. Staff was super attentive too, she helped us refill the water many times. Highly recommended!!

Iced Latte Venti $7.50 Always the best experience here. The staff is quick. Service is fast. Location is brilliant, right opposite shaw theaters. Starbucks always has a little burnt taste to its coffee, and you must like that taste. I ordered the iced Latte and no complaints whatsoever. It's not the best, but not at all bad. $7.50 for a huge glass. 4 on 5 for me

Strawberry Shortcake It tastes better than it looks! From the quaint cafe located in Mandarin Orchard outside the Triple Three buffet line, this strawberry shortcake was 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽! The cream was really light, even though the ratio of cream to cake was a lil too high. Strawberries were large, sweet and juicy, unlike confectionary strawberries which taste sour. The cake layers were airy and fluffy, which complemented really well with the light cream and sweet strawberries because it wasn't too sweet either. Quoting my grandma: "this is probably the best strawberry shortcake I've ever had!" (she actually had a strawberry shortcake for her birthday last month too 🙈)

Venezuela Hot Chocolate The search is over .. ... This hot chocolate is velvety and luxurious and makes a perfect breakfast drink. Up to 10 am on Monday to Fridays , all handcrafted drinks are at SGD4 . Ordinarily , this cup of hot chocolate costs SGD8.90. What are you waiting for ?

Coconut Ice Cream Waffle Waffle texture is good but can't really taste the Gula Melaka or coconut ice cream. Taste more like vanilla ice cream with maple syrup.

Butterscotch almond Buttery rich with a caramel flavour, enjoyed the roasted almond bits within which gave a fragrant nuttiness. [5.5/10]

Hokey pokey Vanilla base mixed with honeycomb crumbs coated with white chocolate adding a crunch though sweetness was rather overpowering, very creamy and melted quickly. [5/10]

Authentic Peranakan Food! This is a hidden gem in Kampong Glam - relatively quiet and cosy environment, with authentic and ornate decor that spans two floors in an old shophouse. Perfect for tourists and locals alike; an Instagram-worthy place as well! Prices are quite affordable, and the Peranakan food was authentic and tasty. We shared the buah keluak chicken, Nonya chap chye, homemade ngor hiang and tahu telur. All of the dishes were great, esp. the tahu telur and Nonya chap chye. This place also takes reservations, and the wait staff are helpful and can take good photos for you too (: Greatly recommended - will be back for future visits!

Splendid Indonesian Fare Ambience is cosy amidst a rustic peranakan setting. We had the sambal kankong, beef rendang, tahu telor, pandan leaf chicken which were all a delight to the eyes and palate. Definitely worth a return visit.

Pomelo salad at Bumbu. Lots of disparate elements brought into a fresh, crisp harmony. Also I already miss the friend who dined with me come back soon!
