This bowl of salad is my go-to whenever I opt for a healthier meal. And trust me, it WILL fill you up! The protein-packed meal has my favourites, such as edamame, soba and firm tofu. You can never go wrong with the sweet and salty soybean-based dressing! For extras, I would usually have their smoked salmon and avocado. A delicious yet guilt-free meal 🍴

One slice of heaven that I bought for myself on my birthday. The Thai honey mango goes well with the not-so-sweet vanilla cream, and together with the buttery tart, it is a win-win combo!
