Never in a million years would I have thought that by simply adding mayonnaise and chilli, the pleasure of eating a gyoza can be maximised. They really work it! - turning up the volume of flavours in the mouth with lush creaminess and sexy spicy heat, all slipping and sliding on the silky thin-skin of the gyoza with its sweet, juicy pork filling. I am so getting a plate of 10 the next time I'm here 😋
