Left: Prawn paste fried chicken on waffle with slaw and maple butter (fried chicken was nice but waffle became soggy after awhile and didn't hold up well. The maple butter got loss in the myriad of flavours after awhile).

Right: Salted egg sweet potato fries (salted egg sauce somehow lacked an oomph to make it worth the calories, and also made the sweet potato fries soggy real quickly. You should share this to avoid getting sick of the dish or "jelat" after a few pieces and the sweet potato fries won't have time to sit around and get soggy!).

One reason why I like Chicken Up more than other KFC joints in Singapore is undisputedly because of the bulgogi fries. Traditionalists will balk at the idea of bulgogi + fries but fusionists will rejoice at such a delicious combination. As for the fence hedgers, this is a dish that will make you get off the fence and join the fusion camp.

Yummy black pepper crab from Jumbo Seafood that is cooked in butter and fiery black pepper. The crab is meaty and packed full of sweet delicate crabmeat. Pity that @nomadicvin can't eat peanuts which is present in the Chilli Crab because the sauce is already pre-made so the peanuts component cannot be removed.
