Its a newly open thai restaurant at the newly renovated tampines safra. They serve food in portions meant for crowd but i also dont know why i just stepped in and spent 30+ for my one person lunch.
So butterfly pea tea. Nothing special haha . Just order cause its blue or purplish. Ha jiong gai presented well but no taste of ha jiong in fact MacDonalds one tasted more of ha jiong. So its $12 for six pieces and just winglets so its EXPENSIVE! next is the vegetable. Its nice but their naming isnt attractive. Like dian xiaoer call them 风果传珍 but they called it something 芹菜莲藕 or something haahaa. The vegetable is nice. Lotus is crunchy mix of macadamia nut and cashew nuts.

For every thank you i say they replied with a you are welcome. They took initiative to tell me my kids meal are coming. They also provided me kids cutleries without me askong. They are observant to notice something small dropped at another table. And the restaurant isnt empty. And they are nice to let me have my yellow car requested by my little girl . Chilli crab. Cheesy fish. Mala Szechuan chicken.. in a kong ba bao bao.. must try. So i cant eat chilli crab and verdict was so so only.. but its real crab meat and plentiful of sauce. My Szechuan mala was disappointing cause its not ma not la .. sad. Despite it being the *brainchild of No Signboard Holdings, the company behind the popular “white” pepper crab served at No Signboard Seafood Restaurant outlets across the island.* Maybe can add more spiciness to the mala Szechuan burger. #jewelsingapore
