If, like me, u like spicy food, get a spicy soup base. Do not be deceived when it comes looking the same as the normal soup base haha. #burpple

Friday's #lunch #treat by #turtleland that was way over the top. I will have you know I did cut up more than half of it to share with others but still, #feelingfat and that's why I need to detox!
